• Due to Covid 19 Ojo Spa Resorts is not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. 

• If you have spoken directly with an Ojo Spa Resorts representative and we have waived the return policy in a special circumstance follow the below. 

• Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase can be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment. 

• No returns or exchanges on sale items.

• The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and will be deducted from your return unless shipped directly to use at the address below.
