Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Co. was created by Santa Fean, Michael Aranda, who grew up in a Hispanic and Lebanese household where there was always a love for food! Realizing the low quality of olive oil in the United States, he set off to find the top producers of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic from around the world. In 2010, they launched a tasting room in downtown Santa Fe.
